We are thrilled to officially kick off the Zero Project Scaling Solutions Programme for the 2024/25 cycle! This year, we welcome a new cohort of Scaling Fellows who are leading impactful innovations that are transforming the lives of persons with disabilities around the world.

Our Focus

The Zero Project Scaling Solutions Programme focuses on empowering these innovative leaders by supporting the growth and scaling of their disability-inclusive solutions. The selected Fellows were chosen from over 1,000 groundbreaking projects in the Zero Project Network, reflecting a commitment to disability inclusion, accessibility, and innovation.

In this cycle, each partner is championing their own group of Fellows to ensure tailored support. In partnership with the Zero Project, GIZ, Fundación Descúbreme, ATOS, and EnAble India, we will work together to equip the Fellows with the tools, knowledge, and connections needed to expand their initiatives globally.

The Scaling Solutions Programme is structured around an 80% focus on scaling efforts and 20% on targeted training and coaching, ensuring a balanced approach to both immediate growth and long-term leadership development. Over the course of the programme, we will create comprehensive Scaling Portfolios for each Fellow, which include a detailed market and localization analysis, custom scaling strategies, and support in navigating new partnerships and geographies.

Our efforts culminate at #ZeroCon25 in March, where Fellows will undergo an intensive 2-Day Pitch Training Bootcamp to prepare for the conference. This event serves as the platform for them to pitch their initiatives and connect with key stakeholders, funders, and global partners.

Nayi Disha – Fellow of EnAble India

Nayi Disha offers comprehensive support for families and caregivers of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities through an accessible online platform that provides knowledge, resources, and a supportive community.

Gudgudee – Fellow of EnAble India

Gudgudee designs inclusive playgrounds for children of all abilities, creating environments that promote play, inclusion, and the holistic development of children with disabilities.

MIGAM – Fellow of Zero Project

Tai Tanzania – Fellow of GIZ

Tai Tanzania uses the power of storytelling to change perceptions and attitudes towards disability by producing animated films and other media that raise awareness of disability rights and inclusion.

Humanos 3D – Fellow of Fundación Descúbreme

Humanos 3D leverages 3D printing technology to create custom prosthetics for persons with disabilities, providing affordable and personalized solutions that restore mobility and independence.

Pan Q Ayuda – Fellow of Fundación Descúbreme

Pan Q Ayuda empowers women with disabilities in Mexico by offering training in culinary skills, fostering economic independence and entrepreneurship through the production of artisanal bread.

Deaftawk – Fellow of Atos

Deaftawk is transforming communication for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing communities by providing an on-demand sign language interpretation service through a mobile app, making everyday interactions more accessible.

Voiceitt – Fellow of Atos
